Sec. MANAGEMENT. (a) The commissioners court of a county that has established a law library under this subchapter shall adopt rules for the use of books in the county law library. (b) The commissioners court may vest management of the library in a committee selected by the county . The Texas State Law Library serves the legal research needs of the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the Texas Attorney General, other state agencies and commissions, and the citizens of Texas.
